Dr Nura Kharoofa,

BHSc (Dent) MDent. (Latrobe)

Nura has lived in rural and regional Victoria for most of her life and has recently moved and settled in Ballarat with her young family.

Prior to her career in dentistry she completed a Bachelor of Biotechnology and was invited to complete an honours program to research IL6 and its affects on the metastasis of Breast cancer at Deakin University in Melbourne.

She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences in Dentistry and Masters of Dentistry from Latrobe University in Bendigo.

She has been practicing dentistry for over 10 years now, having worked in both the public and the private sector and has also been involved in teaching of Latrobe and Melbourne dental university students.

Nura prides herself in her kind and gentle demeanour and enjoys getting to know people from all walks of life.

Outside of Dental Practice, Nura enjoys quiet time with her family and toy Cavoodle Milo.
